Brick faced 3 storey building with ornate windows and slate roof. At one time, C.H. Francis the jeweller occcupied it, after moving from the Union Buildings. The building was connected to the former inn at 33 in 1995 to make a restaurant.It closed in 2015 but reopened in 2017. Sadly the shop sign was lost during the refurbishment.
