Built in the late 18th century with 3 storeys and sash windows. Ot had painted brick with rusticated quoins to right hand side only. Built with 3 storeys and 3 bays. the windows were sashes withot glazing bars, rusticated lintels with keyblocks. the first floor small sashes had plain lintels. the ground floor left had plain glass.
The shop next to the Town Hall has had a varied useage. Until the mid 20thC, it was a tailors shop. When that closed it became an opticians shop. For a short period in the early 21st.C, it became a 'Pound Shop' before closing.In 2012, Stubbs Parkin and South closed their offices at No 4 and moved in.
