Wem High Street - No 26

24, together with 26, form a short terrace of brick built houses, with 2 shops.The eastern one is now a florists. Early 18th century pictures show this one as a private house. However, a shop window was put in so that it is now a shop and cafe which extends across the whole ground floor. In 2018, the focus of teh shop was changed. The cafe closed and a clothing shop underthe same ownership emerged.
